They offer a range of traditionally-smoked products, using wood-types (such as apple) that are carefully chosen so as to maintain natural flavours.
Offerings include fish & seafood, such as crevettes, prawns, salmon & trout - plus a range of smoked cheeses, including Stilton & Yarg - some of which have won National awards.

What did you like about the Food Shop?
For the last 15 years we have been buying smoked salmon sandwiches, which have been very delicious and generously filled.
What did you not like about the Food Shop?
The sandwiches no longer have adequate smoked salmon in them and the customer service was appalling.
