What opened originally as a bakery to supply the Hart's business's at Hambleton Hall and Hart's in Nottingham now has three additional branches in Oakham, Oundle & Stamford.
A range of top class breads are offered, made using traditional slow-fermentation methods and naturally-made yeasts.
They also offer excellent cakes and seasonal fruit tarts using local butter, free-range eggs and fruit from Seldom Seen Farm.
