A twin-towered windmill, run by Jonathan Cook, producing organic flour, from mainly East Anglian wheat.
Although they are rarely open to the public, their Priory flour varieties are available at Lanes Bakery, High Street, Burwell, Cambridgeshire. They also run a mail order system.
