The Campbell-Preston's run this excellent smokery. Salmon & trout from Loch Etive are the specialities; both traditionally smoked over oak for a minimum of 48 hours; no preservatives being used.
Trout 'caviar' is a delicious sideline during the winter months; and plenty more is on offer such as marinated herrings, joints of Aberdeen Angus beef, haggis, chocolate truffles etc. Their hampers are very impressive, particularly at Christmas. A mail order system operates
