'Cumberland' is a cow's milk cheese, made from local Shorthorn cattle, this is available plain, with garlic & herbs or smoked.
'Bewcastle' is a lactic cheese, again from Shorthorn milk; covered in either poppy or sesame seeds.
'Crofton' is a soft rind-ripened cheese in the Brie manner - made from a mixture of Shorthorn milk and milk from Carolyn's goats.
'Allerdale' is a pure pressed goats' milk cheese, matured for 6-8 weeks.
'Stumpies' are Coulommiers-style goats's milk cheeses in the shape of logs, so excellent for grilling. Mail Order Service.
