An excellent farm, specialising in traditional breeds. These consist of 'Longhorn' beef (the breed that made England famous for roast beef); 'Middle White' pigs (a specialist pork, rather than bacon pig); and 'Ryeland' lamb (a bred developed around Ross-on-Wye in the 13th century).
They offer meat, fully butchered, but supplies are geared for the freezer - or for restaurant-like quantities. A mail order system operates, but for this service you might have to join together with a few friends as half a butchered lamb (presently costing
