This farm, on the A49 - 11 miles north of Shrewsbury - is run by Rob and Fiona Cunningham, offers 24 different varieties of good smoked and unsmoked bacon; plus unsmoked hams - all from local pigs.
Cures vary from strong Welsh Black to very mild Shropshire; while the smoking process is offered in three woods (apple, maple or oak) - each giving its own distinctive character. Sausages and top-quality Shropshire Blue & Cheshire cheeses are also available.
