Wysipig ('What you see is Pig')
Producers of rare-breed pigs (mainly Large Black's and Saddlebacks) in a natural habitat, and without any routine antibiotics or growth promoters - pesticides haven't been used within living memory.
Offerings include bacon, ham, sausages and pork (from mince and belly, through chops and joints to half a pig). Orders have to be phoned through, but the web site gives prices and background information. The flavour puts supermarket pork to shame.
