An excellent smokehouse, started in 1979 and run by Graham and Saoirse Roberts, in a smoking plant first commissioned in 1946. The business offers wild, and farmed organic smoked salmon plus gravadlax, locally-caught smoked tuna and mackerel kippers and cod fillets - all of the highest quality.
Their shop is well worth a visit if you're in the area - but phone ahead to check. They are generally open on Mon-Fri between 9.00 to 17.00 (but closing for an hour at lunchtime).
