Producer of excellent organic meat and poultry, mostly from traditional 'old-fashioned' breeds such as 'Saddlebacks', 'Aberdeen Angus' and 'Herefords'.
They also cure their own hams, and make good sausages in a variety of flavours (such as 'beef & Guinness' and 'cider & apple'). 'Proper' organic, free-range, veal is highly recommended, as are the organic turkeys, which are available before Christmas - but must be reserved well ahead of time.
They deliver orders locally, and can be persuaded to send their meat by mail order, when it arrives butchered and vacuum-packed in an insulated box with ice.
