A purpose-built budget hotel, offering clean and comfortable accommodation, suitable for both families and the travelling business person.
This hotel has just had a refurbishment (2016) - in the process changing its name from Days Inn to Ramada - and bedrooms are a little more spacious than most Motorway stop-overs. All have either single or twin beds, many with additional sofa beds. All have ensuite bathrooms, supplied with toiletries, telephones, interactive televisions with additional satellite channels and a pay film system, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing boards.
Family rooms have sofa beds; while 'Workzone/Executive' rooms have direct-dial phones with a fax machine, an internet modem point (for those without a Wi-Fi laptop), a mini fridge and extended workspace.
It's worth looking online for their excellent packages - these include one for families staying for two nights, and one for 'Bed, Breakfast & Dinner'. Both offer excellent value for money, being so close to the attractions of London.
There's also a fully licensed restaurant, 'The Indigo', on site.
