This splendid neo-Elizabethan house built in the 1880's is in the heart of the New Forest, reached via a long drive passing Canadian redwoods, copper beeches and rhododendrons.
Public rooms in the 'Alhambra', modelled on part of the interior of the Alhambra Palace in Granada, a spacious and attractive Orangery and a state of the art health spa. There are good facilities for business meetings.
There's a smart in-house restaurant, 'The Armada' (see below), or you can eat less formally in the lounge or al fresco, on the terrace, in fine weather.
Bedrooms, have all creature comforts, all having plasma screen TV's with DVD players, tea and coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi internet access, room safes, fridges and plush en suite bathrooms with tubs and power showers.
