Horseradish Sauce Recipe
Delicious with roast beef - and better than anything you'll buy in the supermarket!
For about 200ml/7 fl oz –
3 rounded tablespoons fresh peeled & grated horseradish
30g/1 oz fresh breadcrumbs
150ml/¼ pint double cream
the sieved juice of ¼ lemon
salt and freshly-ground pepper
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
Mix all the ingredients together, and keep in the fridge in a jar.
It will keep up to the date stamp of the cream.
