Tom Collins Cocktail Recipe

You'll need sugar syrup to make this.
You can buy it, but it can be made by dissolving 1 pint of caster sugar in 1 pint of water. The result can be bottled, when cold, and kept for future use.

For each person:
2 measures of Gin
1 measure of Sugar Syrup
1 measure of freshly-squeezed Lemon Juice
5 measures of Soda Water
3 lumps of Ice


1. Shake all the ingredients together, then serve.
