Rice Pudding - Caramelised
A delicious pudding, that is usually enjoyed by people who think they don't like rice pudding. It can be prepared ahead of time up to the halfway point (the beginning of stage 7), but will still need about 40 minutes to finish
Equipment needed: 4-6 ramekins or individual metal pudding dariole-type moulds (depending on size). An old butter paper or a piece of greaseproof paper cut to fit the saucepan; plus more to fit the ramekin/dariole moulds.
Ingredients for 4-6 helpings:
1 Vanilla Pod, split, or 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
