Prawns/Shrimps - Spiced

If using uncooked prawns, these are ideal for a barbecue.

1 tablespoon (15ml) Paprika

1 tablespoon (15ml) Gound Chili Powder


Mix all the ingredients together.

- Marinate your chosen crustacean for a minimum of half an hour coating them thoroughly.

- Raw prawns will need grilling over a barbecue or dry frying for about 2 minutes on each side, depending on their size - they are ready when they are pink so turn them over then.

- Brown shrimps just need crisping for a few minutes, turning repeatedly.
Serve either warm or at room temperature.
