Chinese Barbecue Marinade Recipe
This is quick to make, and ideal for chicken drumsticks or cubes of chicken breast or beef fillet threaded onto a kebab stick.

3 tablespoons (45ml) Dark Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons (30ml) Hoisin Sauce
2 tablespoons (30ml) Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Tomato Purée
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
2 cloves of Garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Mix the ingredients well together and marinate your chosen ingredient for a minimum of 30 minutes, but overnight in a fridge would be ideal. Shake off any excess marinade before barbecuing.
