Butter; Garlic with Anchovy

As an alternative and particularly good with snails.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at - top-class dishes from beginners upwards


4 Anchovy fillets, chopped
1 dessertspoon (10ml) Pernod or Ricard
a tablespoon (15ml) of Ground Almonds


Add the following to the recipe for 'Butter; Garlic', and blend the mixture well.

Store as for Garlic Butter.
