Chef/proprietor Niall McKenna has spent time in the kitchens of Gary Rhodes and Nico Ladenis and set his standards accordingly.

A Spring menu brought 'Broccoli Soup with Pine Nuts'; 'Lobster Salad with Radish & Confit Lemon Dressing'; 'Tomato Terrine with Wild Rocket Vinaigrette' and 'Sautéed Foie Gras with Macerated Apple & Rhubarb' among the starters.

'Roast Poussin with Confit Potato, Aubergine & Braised Baby Gem'; 'Wild Donegal Salmon with Fennel, Tomato & Chick Pea Nage'; 'Wood Pigeon with Pear, Ricotta & Pistachio Baklava & Sherry Jus' and 'Loin of Irish Veal with Asparagus, Sweetbread Fritter & Bordelaise Jus' listed among the mains.

If you have a sweet tooth, you might find 'Crème Caramel with Fig & Orange Compote' and 'Carpaccio of Pineapple with a Blueberry Jelly & Yoghurt Sorbet' there to tempt you.
