An excellent tea room and restaurant - the latter specialising in first-class sandwiches and seasonal food incorporating interesting dishes such as 'Roast Carrot Soup with Pickled Peppers'; various 'Organic Egg Omelettes'; 'Organic Chicken & Mushroom Pie' and 'Homemade Beef Burger'.
Breakfast offerings, that start the day, are also of a high standard and prices are modest considering the quality on offer.

What did you like about the Restaurant?
I enjoyed a slice of spiced apple pie with a pot of fresh tea for a mid morning re-fuelling, there's a good window to watch the busy street.
What did you not like about the Restaurant?
Lots of hard surfaces made the noise levels quite difficult. Like many places on this street, the room is long and narrow and can feel quite cramped when it starts to fill up.
