Part of a small chain, where steaks, ribs and burgers are the main event - and these all receive much praise. We've marked this branch down because of the unreliability of its service - but all can be excellent. More reports please.
The menu is divided into Pig and Cow. The former various ways with ribs including 'peri peri' and 'hog-roast sandwich'; the latter traditional steak cuts plus a slow-cooked beef sandwich.
There's a great list of accompaniments and sauces, ranging from 'garlic portobello mushrooms' & 'fried egg' through 'haggis' to 'green peppercorn', 'barbecue' & 'béarnaise' sauces.
Burgers come in beef, chicken & flat mushroom varieties - again in various interesting permutations - such as 'brie & caramelised onions' and 'goats cheese & rocket'.
A few Salads, such as 'Chicken Caesar' and 'Seared Soy & Sesame Tuna Steak' are there if one of you party has a more delicate appetite.
As mentioned, service reports vary between professional and friendly and rushed & rude.
