Starters such as 'Garden Salad Beetroot with Bresaola, Goats Curd, Carrot, Courgette, Herbs & Flowers'; 'Tomato Gazpacho with Brown Crab Mayonnaise' and 'Rabbit Tarragon Granita with Grilled Pineapple' typified an early summer menu.
Perhaps to be followed by 'Sea Bass Clam Chowder with Saffron Jersey Royals’; 'Confit Pork Belly with Fillet, Mashed Potato & Savoy Cabbage’ and 'Lamb Loin with Braised Shoulder & Belly, Broad Beans, Butternut Squash & Haricot Beans' to follow.
