Hand Picked Shellfish Company
A company founded in the summer of 2000, by two commercial divers – Matt Baldwin and Steve Hall – and now running a small fleet of fishing boats from Weymouth. Fish, and shellfish, can be pre-ordered, and more or less caught specially for you. They also visit Bristol and some London Farmers Markets.
